Delivery Method
We currently offer delivery via PUDO by The Courier Guy: Locker-to-Locker.
Delivery is free on qualifying orders where stated on the product page.
If you request an alternative courier or door-to-door delivery, the applicable delivery fee will be charged separately.
Processing Time
Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
During promotions or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Delivery Time

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photographs so that we can investigate and assist you.
